Hey, Barb, sorry I've been off the rails lately, but vow to stage a comeback!

How have you been doing? I've gained back a pound. Seriously, I would have gained more if I had some more fattening food in the house. I have spent a lot of time staring at the cupboards (even I can eat only so many plain crackers).

Hope things are going well for you.

Pat

Ha, ha, ain't THAT the truth??? ( aim referring to your message where you don't have to wear a bra to work from home)

And speaking of bras...now that I've done the 1st week of the couch potato to 5km thingy (first week is easy! Next week will be much harder, I can see that). but I digress.

I was looking up the cost of fashionable jogging clothes and bras. These are the kind of bras that you don't have to wear a shirt over (that'd look good with my big belly and my gall bladder removal scar on it, don't you think??)- anyway these things are like $100 each. $140 for fancy stripy jogging pants. Sheesh.

Hope things are going well for you and everything's falling into place!

Pat

Thanks for your feedback on my Cravings Blog! Ugh, I may have put those cookies back but I haven't stopped thinking about them! One step at a time :)

Reprograming the way we think and taking a new approach to food, is an awakening experience. I am glad that I have people like you to help me along my journey!

Happy Hump Day!
