Beth's Battle of the Bulge!
I've been challenged with being overweight most of my life. I had success two other times with weight loss losing 30 lbs. one time and 60 lbs. another time. Keeping a food diary worked in both those instances; however, I failed to maintain the weight lost and gained it all back plus more. They say the third time is a charm and that is my goal to lose the weight I need by changing my lifestyle once and for all! Don't need it - don't eat it! Make it a healthy food choice!
