My Goals:
Finally be able to do 5 unassisted pull ups, 20 REAL push ups.
Be happier.
Learn to accept my flaws.
Be grateful for what I have.

My Program:
- At least two fight classes a week.
- Maintain my two to three times a week crossfit regime.
Learne how to manage stress.
- Look for a new job!!!!
- STRETCH every day.
- Keep a food diary.

Other Information:
I love horses, nature, the ocean, dogs.
