New Goal Set for 2014

With each year, I learn more about myself. I learn what motivates me, what makes me happy and what I could improve upon.

My biggest lesson this year is that I am goal oriented. I am more successful when I set a goal. I love the feeling of accomplishing it.

Now if only I could have learned this before I hit my forties....

Walk the West Highland Way in Scotland in September of 2014.

-Improve my physical health to be able to walk the 154km journey

-Improve my nutritional health to make the journey lighter and easier.

My Program:
Eat at least 1700 calories per day.

Complete weekly food prep on the weekends.

Include physical activity on a daily basis.

Hi. My name is Jodi.

My first true love are my pets. I currently have two cats and a bunny that are part of the family.

I also like reading. I prefer mystery novels and autobiographies.

I gave up cable in May 2013 and this allows me to be more physical with less distractions.

In the past year, I have improved my life to make less of an environmental impact on the planet.

I want to start checking more things off my bucket list before I turn 50 in 2020!

Hi there Pretty Lady!

Thank you for stopping by my page, and reading and commenting on my bogs; I really appreciate it.

We had a huge rain storm out here and I was without power for a little while, we had a generator for my fridges, but I wasn't on Spark- but I did stay on Track.

Anyways, how was your fourth?
