I am 55 & throughout the past 5 years have gained 50 lbs. I have experienced weight related health problems including knees & back. I have struggled with migraines which may also be food & hormone related. It's time to get back into the swing of being active & losing the weight that is hampering my zest in life.

UPDATE: I reached 140 lb. goal by my weigh in on January 31st/2012...5 lb. window allowance...final goal of 135 lbs.

LATEST UPDATE: My FINAL GOAL of 130 lbs. ...

Thanks again for commenting on my Accountability Blog. I think you are right, that keeping accountable is helped along through blogging. Plus, once a week gives you time to sum up your progress 4 times a month. So that's a good plan. I have begun Nutrition Tracking once again, and it feels great. I also made it to the gym 2x this and last week!!

Thanks Sandy! If we're at all lucky.... the roof should be finished the tell by Tuesday late afternoon. I'll believe it when I see it!

the exterior may be new and pristine, but the interior damage to all the ceilings - living room, hallway, and master bedroom - will have to wait for another time or until we win the lottery. There's no money left at all in the coffers with the cost of the roof and structural repairs. Being water tight is all I really am concerned about, so in the long run, I can just ignore ugly damaged ceilings if we are all nice and dry!!!
