Hello Healthy Lifestyle!

I am still moving forward one inch, one pound at a time! This has to be the hardest thing I've ever done but, what a victory when I meet my goal!

Hi- I saw your comments and question... I have lost almost 80 lbs- over the last 4 years... Since January I have found some new ideas and tools to get about 25 off (give of take), but had gained some right before...

That photo is with those extra 20ish lbs- so I'll try to get a new photo up soon!!!

saw this and thought you might want to give it a try...

"I usually pop my own popcorn! I learned this trick from watching Dr. Oz one evening. Just take a plain, brown paper bag and put 2 scoops of dry popcorn kernels in it. Tape the bag down and put it in the microwave on 3 minutes! It pops very fast! Take it out and shake the bag, open it up and add ground pepper, paprika, or just eat it dry! It's very healthy and tasty. It will satisfy you at the end of the day"
