Thanks for checking out my blog. Check your numbers and give it a try. I found that when I stayed in Sparks range I really didn't see results except when I wasn't working out. My wokouts are 5-6 days a week and can be pretty intense. Once I got the calorie range and the right amount of protein/carbs/fat I have seen wonderful results! I'm only down about 30lbs but I've lost 11% body fat and over 8 inches (wish I had started measuring in the beginning so I'd know how many total).
