1. Praise God everyday for saving me! 2. Be grateful for the small things. 3. Honor him in all things I know that consistency in doing these things will benefit me in the end cause God loves me and will give me the desires of my heart. That desire is to be healthy, fit and an inspiration of what you can do when you put your trust in him!
My Program:
Forget about dieting. develop a healthy lifestyle that incles discipline, balanced nutrition and exercise. By doing these three things consistently I will begin to see and feel the results. I'm starting with a healthy eating plan. Daily intake Maximum numbers Calories: 1392 Carbs: 191.4 grams Sugars: 34.8 grams Protein: 46.4 grams Fat: 33.51 Calorie Breakdown carbs 55% sugars 10% protein 13% fat 22% This represents a healthy breakdown for my body based on my metabolism and lifestyle. My metabolism depends on 4 things: 1. muscle 2. caloric intake 3. exercise 4. how my body process food Next I'll tackle my daily exercise. these are my tools of the trade!
