My Goals:
I really want to fit into the clothes that I have bought in the past. So that means that I need to lose about 25 pounds. I also want to look into a mirror without cringing!!
My Program:
I am tracking my foods every day and trying to stay within the 1200-1500 calorie range. I just can't seem to get any exercise in. I am sure I have time I just don't feel like it. I know that it is essential to do this though.
