update2011: A NEW YEAR

I started out at 204 lbs a few years ago after my last child with spark i got down to 190 lbs i then stopped spark people,which was not good but I did also stop smoking. I eventually came back here to spark and am slowly but surely taking off the extra baggage and gaining more confidence on the way. Yes I know weight says nothing about a person but I feel better about myself with the more i lose of my self and the more i lose of myself the more i find ME :)

Fitness Minutes: 2,440

My Goals:
DRINK atleast 8 8 oz glasses of water....
CONSUME
at least 5 fruits and veggies a day
MOVE
walk for at least 15 minutes a day....
In other words start a healthier way of life by eating healthier and exercise.



My Program:
Menu Plan weekly
Follow 2 shakes 5+fruits and veggies and take vitamins
drink plenty of water &
EXERCISE:
#1)Aerobic activity ATLEAST 15 min daily 30 min. mon,wed,fri

#2)strength train on mon,wed,fri atleast 15 minute sessions

Continue to SPARK!!!
