Good morning from the Countdown to Spring team! I hope you are having a healthy, fabulous week so far. Can you believe that there is less than a week until the first day of Spring? (It sure doesn't feel like it in my neck of the woods, though!) Let's make the most of these final days of the challenge...and then keep that momentum going! We can accomplish a lot if we just commit to doing our best one day at a time. We are worth the effort!
