It is time to be FIT!

Though I am technically not overweight (anymore) I am still not a healthy person. I need to exercise and cut out the junk food! Though I am almost 10 pounds lighter than when I got married, I have the same body measurements!! I desperately need to gain muscle and lose fat while improving my fitness level. So that is my focus right now.

I want to be a smaller and more fit version of myself for my first wedding anniversary.

My Goals:
The weight loss is really my secondary goal. My main goal is to tone up. I am a flabby person right now. I need to exercise regularly and hold myself accountable.

My Program:
I am cutting out junk food, drinking lots of water, and doing cardio and strength training 3 times a week.
