My Goals:
My goals are to lose at least 50 pounds and keep it off, eat better, exercise more, quit smoking, drink less soda and more water and just live a healthier lifestyle overall.
My Program:
I just started today so I haven't done too much thus far but I will be. I have decided that I am too young not to be healthy. I plan to exercise at least 30 min. every day and eat 3 balanced meals a day with an option of 2 snacks. I am also starting Dr. Oz's Kick the Habit Challenge to quit smoking. Sparkpeople will help me with accountability.
Personal Information:
I live in VA. I have lived here all of my life. I live with my Mom and our 2 dogs and 3 cats. Right now I am trying to find a job to save some money so that I can go to school for Cosmetology. I also sell AVON, so if you would like to order, you can go to youravon.com/ashleymontgomery.
Other Information:
My favorite shows are CSI, Law and Order, Without A Trace, Cold Case, Criminal Minds and NCIS. I also like watching the ID channel and the Discovery Health channel. I am also a big wrestling fan. My favorites are Ric Flair, Sting, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, The Undertaker and Jeff and Matt Hardy. Johnny Depp is my favorite actor. Edward Scissorhands is my favorite movie of his. Bruce Willis is another favorite. Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston are my favorite actresses. I don't read as often as I used to but I love Ann Rice and Stephen King books. My favorite genres are mystery, supsense, thriller and romance. I also like self-help/self-improvement books. I have recently started to read marketing/sales books to help me with my business. I mostly listen to rock, punk, alternative, metal, and other stuff along those lines. I also like some country and some rap. Nirvana is my favorite band and Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings are my favorite singers.
