Hey there! I have been on Sparkpeople since 2008. To be honest, I have fallen much more than I have been successful but I keep trying. Since 2008 I had lost about 20 lbs and kept it off until I got married in October 2013. Slowly, I have seen the pounds pack back on. Short term goal: Lose 10 lbs by March 2015!

Mid-term- lose 20-30 lbs by birthday May 3rd 2015

Long term-Be in the 150's by the end of summer 2015!

My Program:
II stick to:

3 small meals and 3 snacks daily.

-1300-1500 calories a day

- Gym work outs w/ strength training 2x per week. 3 times per week elipical at home.

-8 glasses of water or more a day

-at least 5 fruits and veggies a day

-No eating after 8pm


Personal Information:
I am from the small state of Delaware but currently just live over the border in Maryland. I love electronic dance music, dancing, and shopping. I also love to play dress up and model wedding dresses!

Don't feel defeated! The scale can be very fickle. You have been doing great! Sometimes your muscles retain water after a workout..it could be from that...just remember you are building healthy habits and that is key! :) Hugs!

Hey little lady!

I hope your Monday is going okay! I am exhausted. And have been starving like all day long. It SUCKS when we overeat on the weekends because it is sooo easy to keep up with the overeating come Monday. YUCK.

I did have a PB&J for lunch, which was a nice change. I haven't had one in forever. LOL. I'm sure I'll be sick of it them by Wednesday. Ugh. I need inspiration!

Hey girl! Just checking in. I feel like I have been out of touch on here! I've been super busy at work so my normal down time is now occupied with things to do so I haven't been as active as I'd like. But I am still here and I am still working on weight loss. I even lost a little when I weighed in on Saturday. :) I am hoping to work hard the next two weeks so I can reach my goal of the 260s by March 1st. I am sick (again) so working out is not something I can do. I'm ok with it though. Not much ya can do about it. So anyways just wanted to stop by and say hi! and congrats! on your loss! You are doing such an amazing job.

Try not to sweat the emoticon It will come around. That was my issue last week when I weighed in and had no weight loss. I was, and I still am holding water emoticon But I know I am doing good because my clothes are getting looser emoticon emoticon
