Living in the Moment

I have spent so much of my life worrying about what was and stressing about what may be that I have neglected to enjoy what is happening in the present moment. My health and body have paid for this mindset. No more. I am living each moment to its fullest and soaking in all of its sights and sounds. If I listen to my body, it will tell me what it needs and when it needs it. It will reward me with feeling good when I treat it right and nudge me back on track by feeling bad when I do not ...

Life is short and I can never get back a moment lost in worry or stress. Each day is a blessing for which I plan to be grateful and enjoy.

I am glad to be alive! I praise God for His loving presence in my life. I love my family, and my granddaughters are the light of my life!

Other Information:
I love my husband, children, grandchildren, teaching, reading, writing, yoga, and spending time outdoors. I plan to incorporate more of those things into my daily schedule.
