I just became a Mrs...
I'm a 31 y/o Social Worker for Big Brothers Big Sisters. I was born and raised in Boston. I'm currently living in Florida. I started this whole thing in order to get healthy for my 2009 destination wedding. Well, the wedding has come and gone. Now, i just want to make sure i can stay healthy for my new family.

My Goals:
To be healthy, feel better and have more energy. I get sick a lot and i'm trying to build up my immune system.
My Program:
I'm drinking more water. I don't drink any soda. I drink a lot of tea. I take the stairs at work. i walk up 5 flights of stairs every morning. I do Yoga twice a week. I'm also cooking more at home.
