Good Morning and God's blessings on your day. I found you via the blog on 'Stop Waiting", as I read your comments just left I had to stop by and let you know you can make it. I understand the 35 for the gym, but 2 miles away - cheap idea. Start your exercise by walking to the gym before you join. NO I do not mean just get out there and walk 2 miles - but a realistic distance for your self and then add a bit more daily, weekly what ever works best for you. Just achieving walking to the gym or working towards that goal - let that help your self esteem go up and up.

Have you ever tried the Leslie Sansome walking dvds? I think you would enjoy them!
Here are tips I put together to share with each new Sparkperson I meet. I hope it will be a help to you as you achieve to reach your goals!
The site can be overwhelming, take your time. Learn one topic at a time, when you get comfortable with it, move on to another area of the site. Soon you will be using all the tools SP has to offer, and loving it!
Use your Spark Points (click on view SparkPoints) as a map to the site. It is a good way to learn your way around and you can earn points to send yourself or others Sparkgoodies.
Go back to your Start Page if you get lost, you can get almost anywhere from there.
Be sure to use the nutrition tracker. You can ensure you are getting the proper nutrients as well as tracking your caloric intake and this is so important to any weight loss journey.
Never "diet" again! Keep focusing on living a healthier lifestyle!
Read the book, THE SPARK for guidance, motivation and inspiration!
Log on everyday to stay focused!
