My goal is to break the cycle of food addiction and live the life God intended for me!!
My Program:
I am beginning each day in prayer and reading of Gods word.
I am cutting calories and making better food choices and excercising 5 days a week.
My excercise includes walking, walk fit videos and dancing to my old disco music.

I have lived in Arkansas for 22 years but was born in Regensberg Germany and raised in El Paso Texas
Other Information:
I enjoy music, singing, taking pictures, and going to the beach which I dont get to do often.
I also enjoy gardening and eating out.
I like funny movies and Christian novels.
My favorite writer is Melody Carlson.
I sing in my church choir.
