Losing it Literally!! (That blasted Belly!!)

Just finding other ways to motivate myself to lose the weight that I need to lose! As I look at others photos, I am so motivated and ready! I have a secret to share. Though I am overweight, actually obese on the new scales of what your weight is supposed to be based on height, I have always wanted to become a certified personal trainer, and compete in a local competition. When I was in the 7th grade, I used to lift weights, but was told I would look like a man and commanded to stop, so I did as I was told. I used to watch fitness competitions on tv and dream of that being me one. Can it be? Is that a goal that I can reach? I am 37 years old, and I believe that now is my time. Now is YOUR time. One of my favorite songs is "Living off the Wall", by Michael Jackson. He says, and I quote:

"Do what you want to do
There aint no rules its up to you
Its time to come alive
And party on right through the night....

....Life ain't so bad at all, if you live it off the wall"

We have to live our lives OFF THE WALL!!! LETS DO IT!!!

I have another secret. I took a before picture and my belly is huge, huge, huge!! I am going to take a poll. If you are reading this and you think I should post my picture, let me know. If I receive more yes's than no's...Im gonna do it. Maybe it will help me, who knows. But trust me, its huge, Huge, HUGH+E!!!!!
