My Goals:
To get Healthy. To get my hormones balanced. To lose 30-40 lbs. Pusue my dreams again.

My Program:
limit calories. Lots of protien and fat and little VERY whole grains. cardio b/t 30-45 min. and abs. Later add resistence.

Personal Information:
I had premature ovarian failure. Im in my late 20's- went thru terrible menopause w/out realizing it and am now getting treatment for it.

Other Information:
I want to eat to LIVE not live to eat. I want the most out of life and pursue it with vigor and determination and full of joy.

You can't beat yourself up for mistakes. I'm glad you're back!!! I've sorta been hanging around the same spot weight wise. I'm not really going anywhere. I know it's a lot my fault b/c I'll do good and lose a little then something will come up and I'll let loose and gain it back. Oh well, I'm gonna try and work harder now and hopefully I'll go down on the scale.
