I didn't say "inspiring"? Shucks! I did find your page inspiring, actually, but the word must have slipped my mind as I starting typing.
I agree, it is very important for the rest of us still slugging away at losing to see others maintaining. It gives us hope!
I'm trying to remember where I saw your comment that first intrigued me - I think it was on the message boards about integrity and getting points for nothing. I agree. Some of the points are kind of, well, pointless.
Thanks for the yogurt, Vito. Cherry! Yum : ) For sure, things go smoother with a healthy intake of probiotics ; ) I haven't tried Stevia. Didn't realize it contains probiotics. I chose Splenda for my non-sugar sweetener as the reviews say it does better in baking than the others. Will definitely try Stevia as it turns out we don't bake with artificial sweeteners often enough to use them that way.
I'm with you re: pickles and sauerkraut, Vito. Once I learned to read the nutrition label and realized just how small a serving of each should be, I have some of each at least a couple of times a week. *love* the Bick's Sandwich Savers in whatever sandwich I've got going, but again, can't eat them every day and definitely can't have more than the serving size stated on the jar. Just the same, it's amazing what a snap a little bit of pickle can give to a sandwich. Now that I know they also contain probiotics, I'll appreciate them even more : )
