Hi! I'm April. I am a busy mom of 7; the oldest will graduate from college in May 2013, and the youngest was born in Sept. 2010. I want to be happy in my skin again. My plan is to track what I eat, make healthy choices, and bump up my fitness. I commit to: *do some kind of daily exercise, at least 15 minutes *workout heavily at least 3 days a week, doing a combination of strength training and continuing my 10K training *log 10 miles a week running/walking ...

Reward: New purse/bag I LIKE SUCCESS! 10/20/2011 Down to 174 Reward (out of "obese" BMI range): Manicure and pedicure! Down to 165 Reward: SHOPPING SPREE! Down to 150! Reward: Something sexy from VS Down to 140! Goal weight! Reward: Go on a vacation with my hubby and wear a sexy swimsuit!

Personal Information:
I live in SE MN on a small farm. My dh and I have 7 kids who keep us hopping. Our kids are the best!!! I love to garden and play piano. Last summer my family built a new raised bed garden, toning it down from my 1/2 acre. The new garden was awesome and do-able! We also raise our own beef and chickens. I love living in the country!!!
