Challenge... Accepted.

I am a 26 year old mother, who is trying to find a way to create time for herself. My son is autistic, I am in school full time and work part time, so stress is something I am very familiar with. I want to make changes in my life for the better, and focus on what my body needs. Yeah, I really focused on strength training on my arms this past month and I think it helped a lot, regarding inches. I know you can't spot train but adding muscle there really seemed to negate the fat.

Thanks for the positive energy! I had been overcome with hunger this week due to upping my cardio but not calories, so I was sure I was going to gain since I ate so much. Turns out I lost 1.3. Slow and steady turtle, I suppose. Let's hope I don't see the hunger response show up next week (delayed weight gain?). Ugh!

How was your Tuesday? I went to the gym and got a great workout in. I was hoping to go for a long bike ride today but it looks like it's going to rain all day, so I'll have to find some indoor exercises to do instead! No cookouts today due to the rain, but I've got some corn on the cob and fruit salad to eat indoors anyway!
