This Is My Journey
Somedays it is a struggle, others it is natural. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I am trying to figure this out by trial and error. I realize everyone is different. What works for me, might now work for you. It is important to keep going, keep doing the your best. Stand up and dust yourself off everytime you fall. I live minute to minute. I don't let a slip up ruin my day.

My Goals:
I will lose 46 pounds, celebrating milestones along the way. 6# = New scrapbook supplies 16# = Massage 26# = New HOT Outfit 36# = Hot Date w/DH 46# = Shopping Spree I reached my goal of running a 5K!!!!
My Program:
I make postive changes in my lifestyle every couple of weeks. Currently I am adding vegetarian meals to my carnivore lifestyle. In June I started training for a 5K.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in WI. I am married with 2 DDs and a dog who gets way too excited at the site of my running shoes. Life has gotten quite busy with the girls' activities!
Other Information:
I want to rediscover my scrapbooking and cardmaking hobbies.
