I very much appreciate your comments on my blog. Did you notice I said I have been eating healthy and had no weight loss success? I really need to get weight off which is the main reason I am eating low carb. This plan lets me introduce carbs back two months at a time. It is a lifetime plan. I will be able to add some fruit in September.

Thanks for your comment on my blog post. I was actually thinking just yesterday that I might try daily weighing, just for the reasons you mentioned. Maybe making it just a thing I do and getting used to the fluctuations would take the "power" away from "scale day." I'm glad it works for you. I will definitely give it a try when I get back to the gym (that's where I weigh, on a professional scale).
