Hi Honey, It has been a rough couple of days, for sure. Tara is feeling a bit more her old self now that the police are involved. She got driven to college in a police car yesterday morning. Caused quite a buzz when they pulled up outside the reception entrance! LOL Plenty of safeguards in place at college in case the creep turns up there, and arrangements made for her travelling to and fro to ensure she is not alone.

At least she wasn't physically assaulted. The psychological trauma is horrible, but it could have been so much worse, so I am very grateful for that.

*you might be able to add what you want.*
just my thinking!! Get the rafter insulation and flooring down while the storage boxes are down here in the spare room and conservatory, then clear those back up, buy the new furniture for the spare bedroom for future guests and linen etc and deck out the conservatory. Job done emoticon

Hope you're having a good week so far? emoticon

Thanks Anne! I think your view and how you are managing things is a very healthy approach. It's indicative of a true lifestyle change and that means using SP as a tool in whatever way serves you best. "Take what you like and leave the rest" works for me. If you are truly changing, you need fewer and fewer tools and are more focused on enjoying life! Smiles.

Hi Ann -- thanks so much for the welcome back & comment on my blog today (and frankly for still being here) :) I really appreciate your support and time! It's nice to know I have a friendly place to come back to... starting again is never easy and a friendly "face" is always so wonderful.

You rock! emoticon
