I'm a yo-yo dieter who finally got down to her goal weight at WW and stayed there for over 6 years now. WooHoo! I can stay at my WW goal weight but to take that next step to lose 10 more seems to elude me. I'm tracking off and on now and really not exercising like I used to. Had surgery and after healed from that broke my little toe last year and just have not gotten back to the healthy way of doing things. Trying to lose weight being post-menopausal is not easy either! I'm glad with all I'm doing wrong I've been no more than 2# above my goal weight but things have to change. Going to do challenges, eat healthier and exercise more!

My Goals:
My Smart goals for 2014 are:
1. Get back into my maintenance range 130-136
2. Eat between 1200 - 1400 calories a day
3. Track, track, track and measure
4. Exercise � need to use my weights again but will start slow (3#) and increase - do 2-3x/week.
5. Walk and work up to 10,000+ steps again
6. Need new recipes to keep me on track - check out some of the recipes I�ve saved and make one a week.

My Program:
Upper Midwest
Central Time Zone (CDT)
1. Cardio Exercise every day and get back to strength/weights 3x/week
2. Stay in my calorie range and cut back on sugar. Eat healthier.
2. Ill use what I learned from WW and use WW tracker
3. Will help encourage all whenever I can.
4. Go Team!

Personal Information:
I'm from the mid-west. Lived in NY for quite a few years and then we moved back to the mid-west.
Our dogs and cats are our kids :-)
Out sweet kitty walked over the rainbow bridge 7/3/14. . We miss her very much. A stray came into our lives before she passed away and I think he acquired a lot of her great personality. He's so sweet!

Other Information:
Enjoy movies but usually rent DVDs to see one.
Love readng. Read mysteries most of the time - Evanovich is one of my favorites. Coffeehouse mysteries also.
Enjoy walking, also using the elliptical, recumbent bike and doing walking tapes. Do not have a trainer at the gym anymore so trying to do strength myself at gym and home.
Love Gardening - can't wait till May!
