New Year....New Start

As I reflect on the past year, I've made great strides but I've still got a long way to go towards healthy.

I'm a 26 yr old, college student with a chronic disease. Unfortunately my health problems effect my ability to eat and digest most foods, and effects my ability to do activities. Before I got sick I weighed in at 224 (heaviest), I tried everything even the extreme to no avail. Since getting sick I now weigh between 135-140 (on average). Before joining SPARKS my philosophy ...

Before joining SPARKS my philosophy was "just eat whatever you can when you can" and "just move when your able". That method was not working for me or my health. Since joining SPARKS I have learned how to better fuel my body and have been able to find workouts that work for me. I have never felt so close to "normal" in my life. LOVE YOU SPARKS!

Hey Anijo -- Was just cruising around SaprkMontana and wondering how you've been doing.

How did that first term of college go? I'll bet you rocked it!!

We've got lots of snow here this year, I'm getting tired of shoveling!

Later...
