Diet! What's a DIET????

Well where do I start. I am just like the rest of us 40-Somethings soon to be 50-Somethings. I started changing my lifestyle about 3 years ago. I was pretty successful too an lost about 22 lbs, but like most of us life happens and I was a little down last Christmas and gained back about 10 of those lbs. What a bummer. So here I am.

My Goals:
I would really like to get to my goal weight by the end of this year!

My Program:
I exercise 6 days a week and eat 5 times a day with approximately 250-350 calories each time I eat. So far, So good.

Personal Information:
I am from Wisconsin and have a wonderful Husband, a 28 year old Daughter and a 22 year old Son.

My daughter and is recently married.

My Son is in the Air Force.

No grandchildren yet and not really in the market for them either. Still too "YOUNG" you know!

Other Information:
I really, really, really, really would like to lose 35lbs but boy has it been hard to do!!!!!! HELP!

Hey, Ang,

Are you still active on SP? Military Mama's & Papa's are doing a "reach out" month to members we haven't heard from in a while and I thought of you right away. How's your son? Air Force, right? Is he still in? Is he still firefighting? And how's you battle with the scale?
