Me? I am GREAT at making plans...not so good about following through, though I have been tracking food for almost a week now and it is making me more conscious of what I am eating and how much so that is a good thing right?
OK Ang, what is your plan for the week? I went for a walk and bike ride yesterday. Hope to get another bike ride in today (before the cold sets in again) but I am working on 3 hours of sleep so we will see. When I am really tired I usually overeat so I am tracking all my food everyday this week!
