My Goals:
I want to feel good about myself. Don't get me wrong, I want to look great in a bikini, but feeling healthier is more important to me at this point in my life.

My Program:
I have been working out on an elliptical for my cardio needs and strength train with Women's Health Wedding Workout. Although I am not getting ready for a wedding, the program has a lot of options and focuses on exercises to produce fast results.

Personal Information:
I live in Northwest Indiana and have 2 children...I recently lost my job due to the recession. While on maternity leave, I have to say. It has given me the opportunity to go back to school which I am starting in June.

Other Information:
As my high school principal said every morning..."If you start the day with a positive attitude, you WILL have a positive day". Those words have always stuck with me.

Hi there! I saw on the message boards that you were getting p90x a couple of days ago & wondered if you started yet or what you thought of it. I just got it too & did the first workout today! Interested to hear your thoughts on it.

Hey Sis!
Just checking in to see how things are going? I have lost 3 pounds this week. YAY!!! I am really sticking to tracking and exercising. I rested Sunday and Monday(even though it was supposed to be only Sunday). Oh well, I got back on today and jogged for 3 miles......Well, will try to call again this week. Love ya!
