Just for today...I will focus on making healthy descisions.
Hi! I am trying to make a lifestyle change...again. I have struggled with my weight and self image for as long as I can remember. I work full time at a very stressful job and go to school part time. I tend to use food as a coping mechanism. I have a busy schedule so having a meal plan really helps me stay on track.

My Program:
I am trying to find foods that make my body feel better. I'm also doing a weekly meal plan with healthy meals and snacks preplanned to keep me eating the right foods. I have not exercised in a long time so I am focusing on walking at least 3 times per week and strength training 3 times per week.
