I want to be comfortable with my body.

I have always been on a diet and I realize that is just because I try to eat healthy but these pounds just will not come off without a plan. I have just started running races this past 3 months and now I need to do more with my food and strength training. I am also trying to get pregnant and it would be nice to lose some pounds before that happens.

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 17 pounds, get to 28% body fat at least.

My Program:
I want to learn this program, track my food and get results! I am a new runner but I also love yoga and I hope to take a class this summer in the running off season. In the fall I would like to run my first half marathon.

I'll be waking up at 5:30 and running from about 5:45 to 6:30 three days a week. I'm really enjoying it. I can't believe I just said that! emoticon
Mon and Wed really went well. Isn't your race this weekend? I'm doing the Susan G. Komen here on Jan 29th and then the race for faith on feb. 20-something. Any interest in coming? Call me when you get some time. Love ya!
