I started my journey four years ago just before my 35th birthday (2007) with kicking my smoking habit and progressed into a lifestyle change. In 2009, I made a commitment to exercise until Iím no longer able to. I reached my goal weight with a little extra...muscle! It's truly amazing. In 2010, I learned to cook healthy and I have ran four half marathons since. I definitely consider myself a runner and love the feeling of being free when I do.

My Goals:
Tone and continue to build strength.

My overall goal is to destroy my saddlebags and wear short shorts. I've been chasing this dream for almost fives years and I'm not sure it will happen for me.

My Program:
I'm waiting for my Insanity videos to arrive.

Currently running three days a week. Two days a week I run 5-8 miles and on Saturday I run 8-12 miles.

Personal Information:
I enjoy gaming (WOW), DIY projects, cooking, reading and recently started knitting.

Other Information:
APR 22, 10: Started the P90X Challenge-Never fished :(
MAY15, 10: Completed my 1st half marathon (2hr 45 min)
SEP 25, 10: Ran my 2nd half marathon (2hr 12min)
OCT 30, 10: Ran my 3rd half marathon (2hr 9min)
APR 16, 11: Ran my 4th half marathon (2hr 19min)
ALSO, trying to conceive...send baby dust.

Hiya honey!!! How are you doing??? Thank you so much for the blog and photo comments! I appreciate it so much. That "inner fat girl" can be such a pain sometimes and I'm looking foward to getting rid of her (at least as much as I can!)

How are things going with you?? Are you still running like crazy?? I'm currently training for longer distances (currently HM distance is my goal) so I'm super excited!
