Getting FIT FOR LIFE
It's time for TURBO FIRE!
I realized by hybriding Turbo Fire and P90X, I didn't feel commited to either program.
Starting 8/2/11 I am fully commiting to TurboFire... P90X will probably come later.
8/2/11 starts the 5 day inferno.... then after that week, I start the full 20 week program. I bought the advanced disks, so I am prepared for the WHOLE thing.
8/8 changing the color for week 1... maybe I will every week!

My Goals:
As a mom of three in my 30's...and I had 3 C-sections...I just want to look as close to possibly competing in a fitness/figure competition as I can! I don't have plans to compete...I just want to look like I could if I wanted to :-D It would really be something to wear a bikini for the first time in my whole life... I haven't even bought a bathing suit since I was 14.

Monday: Fire 45, Stretch 10
Tuesday: HIIT 20, Stretch 10
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: HIIT 15, SCULPT 30
Friday: Fifre 55 EZ, Stretch 10
Saturday: CORE 20, Stretch 40
Sunday: FIRE 45, STRETCH 10
Personal Information:
I'm from Cincinnati, OH. I have 3 daughters ages 13, 8, and 7. The 8 and 7 year old both have Autism and are non-verbal. I have been married for over 8 years to the love of my life.
Other Information:
My husband and I are both Horror fans...and we got married on Friday the 13th :-D
