Being overweight is something that I have struggled with all my life, since I was about 4 years old. I'm tired of being the fat girl! I have lost weight before and I always seemed to gain it back, I don't want to live like this anymore. I want to live a long and healthy life. I am a wife of just over one year, and hopefully will be a mother sometime in the near future. For me, this is the first step in making that happen!

My Goals:
I have chosen my initial goal weight by the weight I was when I first met my husband 6 years ago. And the date I would like to reach that weight by is my next birthday.

My Program:
I have pretty healthy eating habits in general. The hard thing for me is keeping track of how much I am eating and counting calories. And not overindulging when I want something "bad." And, of course, sticking to an exercise routine is always challenging for me. So I plan to use the nutrition and fitness trackers on SP to help me stay on target to reach my goals!!
