Hey there, I'm sorry work is so consuming. I hope you and the boys are doing well. I'm reaching the end of SP I think. Some of its usefulness has gone for me. I don't practice the way of eating promoted on here and I can track my food on several other apps just as easily. Not to mention that many members are judgmental and I don't need that kind of influences on my stress levels. I'm going to cut down to visiting Reaching our Goals team mostly and logging food here. If I disappear I will sparkmail you my personal address if you don't have it already. Maybe add each other to fitbit or something to challenge and support each other in a way that fits in with our busy lives. 5 days ago
