My Goals:
I will get down to 130lbs so I can wear the clothes in the back of my closet again. Or better yet, go buy new ones to celebrate how good I will look.

My Program:
Bootcamp based cardio tapes that incorporate weightlifting into the mix.

Eating a more balanced caloric mix.

Hi there, I'm still here! Been holding off till Saturday (tomorrow) to weigh in at WW, wish me luck!

Girl, those bootcamp tapes are killer - great workout! I used to love them. A couple of years back after always being as healthy as a horse, I was stopped in my tracks with a ruptured disk. Never had back problems in my life up to that point, and I can now attest what they say is true, pain is excruciating. Opted against surgery so the pain still comes and goes (although not nearly as intense as that first time), and the bummer is that I just can't work out the way I use to because I find myself being tentative in fear of that kind of pain again. I still work out and always will, but miss the Bootcamp, the Slim-in-6, the Billy Blanks.

Do it for as long as you can, maybe even forever if you stay fit and healthy!! You will look good naked in no time :-)

WOW, your previous post sure hits home! What ever happened to gorging myself on pizza, chips and sundaes and maintaining 108 lbs by watching my diet the next day? T'aint easy seeing my two fit daughters down fast food with no consequences. 40-something is not my friend!

I do have to say, you are still gorgeous!

True, but do you notice that they never keep it off? They can drop it, make you feel like crap, and then go back up. Damn testosterone. You know that how they do it right? I noticed the older I get the harder it is to "just drop" a couple lbs.

Make you laugh, My Sr yr in HS I was on Pom squad and after school I would hit this little store and get, (ready?) Dr Pepper& AW rootbeer& Grandmas Chocolate Chocolater Chip cookies, A butterfinger bar and Reeses Peanut butter cups. EAT it all before the game at 6:30. OOOOO for my metabolism from back then. Now I go through the checkout line and put on weight just looking and remembering what I used to buy! LOL emoticon
