Sadly I have to report that I've put back on 35 pounds. I have to make some serious changes. I'm getting disappointed in myself. I also think the reason I'm having problems while I sleep is because of my sleep apnea. I need to be sleeping with my machine. Oh well, we will see. I have to get a new mask for it. ANYWAY, JUST SAYING HELLO and I HOPE THAT YOUR GOALS are being fulfilled.
