I think what made a difference for me this time was that I had a very real goal I really REALLY wanted to reach. It sounds silly but it was an outfit I wanted to fit into and look good in. That was why I started again back in January. I was doing good but then I started having a few health issues. I didn’t let it stop me though, in fact it made me even more determined to keep at it and get the weight off! Now I look at exercise as something I HAVE to do 5 days a week and it’s very important to me! Eating right is still a challenge, I love junk food! lol But as long as I do good on most days I can get away with cheating a little.
You have to believe you can do it! I know you can!
I’m sorry you are struggling with your weight right now. I know how you feel! I struggled for the past 10 years trying to get the weight off! I’d lose 10 or 20 lbs then put it right back on again and again so I know what you are going through! Its only been in the past 7 months that I’ve finally gotten most of the weight off. Its still a struggle though! And then after I get the last 10 lbs off I’ll have to work on maintaining it. I hope I can do it!
My best advice to you is to keep trying!!! Keep eating right, keep exercising, and when you get up tomorrow do it all over again. Also, make sure you are getting enough fiber. I take a fiber pill (chewable) twice a day and I really think it helps. Good luck to you! You CAN do it!!! CAN CAN CAN!!!
