Amy getting thin
Hi, I'm called Amy and I'm twenty four.my weight has always been up and down. I've had times where I've been very thin, and then times when I've been quite plump. I left my beautiful university town of aberystwyth in sep 2009 weighing about ten stone and then moved to Beijing to teach English. For many reasons I put on around 28 pounds! I lost it and then put it on again. .When I came back to the UK in december 2010 I weighed 163 pounds. I've worked my backside off for the past 6 months and I ...
I've worked my backside off for the past 6 months and I weighed myself a few days ago and the scales said 139.9!! absolutely thrilled. I'm back to the weight I was at Uni . I'm now focused on toning up and continuing my regime to maintain my weight. I'm pretty happy with how I look but a few tweaks here and there won't hurt. I'd like to weight 136 within the next two months, if I lose much more than that I know from past experience I'll look ill. I'm going to a festival in 10 days and I'd like to look as good as possible so I can prance around in the sun in very little. no carbs for me!! no sugary foods either. or late night snacking. For everyone out there who feels like they aren't getting anywhere please don't feel disheartened. It's taken me months to get to this stage. Months of really restricting myself from my favorite foods, months of jogging when I feel I can't jog anymore....weeks of tentatively weighing myself and seeing barely any difference. Days where I feel guilty for eating two biscuits, times where I just think 'screw it....I'm eating that pie'. Everything worth doing takes time. Keep at it...keep it varied and keep it fun. enjoy what you're doing or do something else. xxxx
