Thank you so much for that really nice comment on my photo. I think that it was one of the few times in my life when I really felt good about myself and did think that it was days like this that all the hard work was for! I am hoping that that picture will motivate me to stay on track. I feel better now than at any time in my life! But it is so very nice to get nice comments! Hope all is going good for you.

YAY! Have fun! Heres Some suggestions:
1.Don't wear your color run shirt during the race, get a plain white one since it partially stains the shirt you want your color run shirt to look good.
2. Don't have anything big planned for the next day...you will probably still have color on you lol
3. sweat attracts the color stickage so be prepared to see where you really sweat.
4. take a shower as quickly as possible!
5. HAVE FUN!

Congrats on your weight loss - good going. You dropped by my page to thank me for commenting on your blog and offered some motivation. Well here I am! I'm needing help getting motivated to work out. I see you're in the C25K program and jog. What's the C25K program mean? What are some of the motivations you use to work out? I'm in the 5K training program to walk the SP 5K race at the end of the month and am trying to be faithful in my training, but having trouble sticking to it. Any suggestions? I also find it difficult to do my strength training. I've gone from laying down all day watching movies to trying to get fit and I don't know how to do it except to do it. Hey, that's the name of my Sparkpage, "Just Do It"! I should take my own advice, but any you have will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
