-Adopting the "Skinnygirl" motto as far as food which means no dieting ever but looking at how you eat differently so that you take care of your body as well as give into cravings occasionally

-A mix of running, elliptical, at home DVD's including strength training

I'm planning to work legs today, since I didn't get a chance to work them yesterday. Then I will be off to my Bodyflow class immediately after. I am so excited!
