My life is amazing. The only thing that is missing is feeling healthy and always loving me for me. I am a teacher and event planner. I love what I do with a passion.

I am here to change my daily routine to make myself feel better about myself and be a better mentor to my students. Setting an example is extremely important for me. My students need a good example.

I love keeping active and track of what I eat to ensure I have a nice long life. Trying new things is extremely important to me, so I have incorporated them into my goals.

- Loose 5 Pounds

- Run a 5K

- Do some sort of exercise every day

- Do a Triathlon

- Drink 8 glasses of water every day

- Maintain my goal weight once I reach it

- Exercise with my dogs as often as possible

- Join some local run groups

- Pass on these skills to my students

- Swim with a Master's Program

- Compete in a competitive swim meet again.

- Working out every day. Alternating cardio & strength training.
