My Goals:

My Program:
- Running (getting back to a 5k, gotta love starting over!) -Training for The Warrior Dash - Jillian Michaels, 30 Day Shred - SparkPeople Workouts (at least 1 video daily, usually more) - Wii Fit Plus
Personal Information:
All I can say right now is that I am SHOCKED that I have stuck with this program and lost 30 pounds! I've tried losing weight and never been very successful. Lost 10 pounds here or there, just to put it back on. But, here I am. 9 months later, 30 pounds down and not looking back! It's taken a little longer than anticipated, but I'm back on track to lose the last little bit!
Other Information:
Reward System: 10 Pounds - New headphones and iPod arm band - DONE!! 2/27/11 20 Pounds - Work out clothes - DONE 30 Pounds - Make a dress! -DONE 8/11 40 Pounds - DONE New bathing suit! (Never got around to a new suit, maybe this summer?)
