I used to be someone who could pretty eat what they wanted (within reason) so long as I worked out. No more. Failing to see the scale or my waistline budge even after months of 5-7 days/week serious working out took a toll on my confidence and I admittedly slacked off. Since just the word "diet" makes me want to eat twice as much, I've realized that I have to strictly keep track of what I eat (calories in/calories out) while also maintaining the proper amounts of nutrients and satisfaction. ...
