Hi from California!
I started my weight loss journey over a year ago. My highest weight was around 165. I lost 10 lbs very quickly using Weight Watchers, then I stopped. I got back on the wagon last winter when some friends and I did a "Biggest Loser" contest. I used Spark People to track every calorie I ate and started running. I won, I lost about 30 lbs last year and have kept it off! Now I'm onto bigger and better things, training for a triathlon, running a half marathon in the fall ...
