Same here! I stopped going to the gym and also stopped tracking and the weight crept up some. I have been back down again and I am pretty close to my goal weight right now. It is so hard especially with working late, planning, and night class! I am trying to get "wedding dress arms" and lose some back fat if I can so I have been working out my arms, back, and chest and doing lots of cardio!
89 days until the wedding ahhhhhh. Time is FLYING by! I am trying to stay pretty calm though. I have my spreadsheets and To Do lists! As long as I keep on track, I will be good! Most of the big, important things are done. There are just smaller details I need to finish up. The rest can't be done until it gets closer!
