Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog! My workouts take place inside, doing either cardio, ST, or a combo of both and the past few days with high humidity has been felt when it comes to breathing while working out even when the temps are in the 60's/70's outside - typical summer temps here. When hubby and I go for a walk on the beach or go on a hike, we don't really notice the humidity (thank goodness) since it's mild and breezy out.
