Journey back to me.

I'm not quite a stranger in my quest for losing weight. Throughout high school and college I had issues with eating disorders which left me in a continuous gain/lose cycle. I just graduated college with a degree in nursing and will soon be working as an RN. I've decided it's time to fight the urge to fall back into the same cycle. I am "grown up" now and that calls for a more "grown up" way of living. I love life. I'm young. I want to learn these healthy habits early so when I'm a bit older ...

How are you doing today?! Your one of two people that has visited my page! ha I hope your having a great day, and keeping with those resolutions! I lost 3 pounds, and no one can be more surpised that me! I'm hitting the gym tonight. I just got in my HIP HOP ABS, have you heard of it. I think I will die laughing and my chub jiggling around trying to do it! ha ha ha

I'm actually 1.5 hrs north of Modesto, and we go to Yosemite often. Spring is best, the falls are flowing at full force, bring an umbrella or get soaked (seriously). It's great fun. My husband's dad was a Ranger there, so he grew up in Yosemite park (how lucky huh!). He likes to show me stuff when we go there (every time like he hasn't shown me before). I think he has fun going through his growing up years there.
